I wanted to love this, I really did. But it just didn't do it for me.

The story was just too short for me to feel anything for any of the characters. In fact, I didn't really get a grip on who most of them were. In a novella of this length, I think Grant would have done better to focus on just a few characters rather than a bunch of them spread out over the convention. She has such great ideas for characters, and the setting at Comic-Con provided so many excellent opportunities for nerd-references, but I just feel it was wasted in this format.
